The low star rating isn’t for products it’s for the poor actually really poor packing on the online purchases. Had one with missing items and damaged, took ages to get through to on email eventually got a refund and reordered but most of what I wanted was out of stock. Replacement order received today the box was open as only wrapping sellotape had been used which didn’t stick the box down fortunately no item missing but consider it more luck thank anything else
