An event got cancelled and I never…
An event got cancelled and I never received a refund. It has been weeks now and star entertainment has not emailed me back at all. Edit:since they replied, I bought the tickets from event bright. Star entertainment emailed everyone that refunds would be processed and mine never was, and eventbrite is telling me the organizer, which is star entertainment, needs to be the one to refund as they are just a 3rd party that facilitates sales. The event was cancelled 11/26 and was supposed to be on 12/12 and I still have not gotten a refund.
