After phoning the IT department, I found them to be very helpful in helping me to book the course and rely the relevant information I had asked for. The the course was taken at a hotel conference room, and the hotel was very obliging with free coffees and other compliments. Really good. Above my expectations by far. And the Simon, the instructor was very helpful and ran the course very professionally. I would recommend the company and the course.
