I already knew the company having extensively used them in a business capacity when I was in Buckinghamshire so couldn't quite understand some of the negatives put on here, I think its the way some people react in the first place "shouting" instead of asking ? anyway...................... I ordered a fitting for my Brother and it arrived in double quick time at his house but looked as thought the package had been used as a football and the fitting was missing from the damaged package. Photo of package and letter of explanation and the fitting was sent again by return WITH a little bonus (for my Brother !!) Excellent service which I already knew but brilliant again non the less. I am now in the process of ordering a self contained water capture unit along with an auto watering system for my garden here in Cornwall and I know I will get excellent and fast service.
