Very poor service
Very poor service , plane was fully broken , even the eating trays , I was told to balance my food on it for my 2 year old. Spicy biryani for my 2 year old , when asked if there’s any yoghurt or any other food they said this is the best they can do . Toilets were broken My seat smelt of urine so bad I asked them to move me if they can as I was almost sick and nauseous due to the smell and they told me to sit somewhere else .. once I settled my 3 kids (2,4 and 6)they told me to sit there . They then said it’s 60 dollars per person sitting there even though these seats were broken the tvs weren’t working , not sure why they wanted to con us. I asked them to get rid of the foul smell and I will move back no problem . They kept harrsssing us . They also changed my ticket and sent us 5 and half hours before our scheduled flight so in total we were now staying 26 hours- we asked for a hotel as we would require two hotels now due to change of time it was now two nights we had to stay , they were very rude and said you have no chance for anything go buy your own hotel , we only made it earlier it’s not our fault, very aggressive and rude , DO NOT FLY WITH THESE CON ARTISTS ..
