HUGE SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!
I had to click on one star to be able to review. This company just scammed us horribly this weekend. I had been paying them for 6 months, $12.49 a month. We called them Sunday several times. They kept saying there are no providers in our area. Monday, we were still calling them. They kept telling us there was no service provider in our area. Then, they told us it would be 72 hours before anyone could come. It was our sewer line and we could not use our toilets for 2 days. Several times they said a supervisor would call us back when we asked to speak with one. Never happened. So, I paid $99.92 dollars for nothing! Absolutely nothing. Buyer BEWARE of this company. The American Water Company who is our water provider would do nothing even though they are associated with American Water Resources. They said there was nothing they could do. DO NOT give this company any of your money. They will NOT HELP YOU, PERIOD!!!!!!!!!
