Don't get involved with Darwin Homes
I have lived in this house for 7 years and since Darwin Homes took over my lease, about two years ago, they have raised my rent over $350 dollars. I've put in a maintenance request two months ago and nothing still has been done, this is the norm for them since they took over. This company will do the bare minimum and charge you as much as possible. Do not get involved with them. These are facts.
