Dovehouse Parade PO .. poor service ,
Went to the PO to return a parcel. The parcel had the return label on it. It was not stuck in , so as I handed it over, I said to the young man at the Dovehouse PO Solihull, let me stick it properly.He said , he would do it. I took receipt and left The same parcel was delivered to me the next morning minus the label It took me 2 journeys, to finally get another label and send it off. No manager to complain to , as he’s on leave for 2 weeks! No one seemed to care. When I finally met the young man , and asked , why ? His reply was , sometimes the label comes off? Why is correctvtraining not given for long enough to , so the service is professional.
