Poor experience
Do not use Pressure on arrival to take their insurance I was already insured, felt very pressured. Then told deposit and charges which is to be expected but then my loyal credit card would not work, never been an issue before so had no option than to double insure, their insurance much higher. At one stage the agent threw my credit card back at me at told me to leave if I felt pressured. I had to take the insurance and the deposit for road tolls as I needed the car and also the depot is in the middle of nowhere and not sure If I had declined I would not have been stranded. The base price looked too good to be true and it was. I am a frequent hirer of vehicles and there is always sales pressure this was beyond this. Car was ok and the pick up drop off staff were polite. The agent was not and others I spoke to at pick up and drop off were having a similar experience as me. I can see by other comments I am not alone in my issues I wish I had pre read feedback but I had to book a car on this occasion at speed.
