Not happy with service. Won't use them again.

I ordered some eye drops and it was about 2 weeks and had not heard anything. I contacted them and they said there were problems in obtaining them and it would be approx 10 days before I received them. I asked for a refund but did not hear back from them. Within 10 days I received some eye drops but not the ones I had ordered. I was told the website said, if the eye drops were not available similar would be sent. Although they had the same ingredients in they were certainly not of the same value and no refund was offered. Very poor communication. I definitely won't use them again.
