My mother was recommended PCS Legal by her estate agents and it has been her worst experience of conveyancing ever. They are impossible to get hold of - she's just been told the whole team is unavailable as they're all at lunch. She has been waiting for the case to be 'reviewed' for the last 2 weeks, while she's waiting for an exchange date. They never update her, they never contact her. Her chain could collapse given the time this company has taken.
