BUYER BEWARE — MY EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE HOME COMFORT I am extremely disappointed and feel completely misled by my experience with Reliance Home Comfort. When I signed the 7-year furnace rental agreement, the salesperson clearly told me that once the 7-year term was over, Reliance would remove the furnace at NO COST. I specifically relied on that information when deciding to sign. Now the 7 years are finished, and suddenly I am being told that I have to pay approximately $700 just to remove THEIR furnace, or approximately $2,600 to buy it out. They are fraud fraud fraud!!!
