Zero customer support

I have used Zooplus for many years without a problem. Until now. For no reason, I received notification that my recent order was delayed and would be delivered the following day. No problem. The following day I checked tracking, without ever trying to deliver, the order was being returned to Zooplus. They hadn't even bothered to inform me. Here's where the problem begins. I message Zooplus via their contact form, informing them I really need this delivery as my cat has kidney disease and requires a renal diet. I'm desperately trying different food to make him eat as he gets ill very quickly when he won't eat. Renal food is very hard to find. Their response was that they can see it's at Evri, and it's being returned to them. Instead of saying they'll contact Evri to get it redelivered, they tell me I'll have to contact Evri! I paid Zooplus for my order, they choose to use Evri! They should contact their delivery company! We all know how impossible it is for us to contact Evri! No customer support offered whatsoever, not even an explanation. I was just told to reorder! Needless to say, I have not reordered. They seem like a good company, until there's a problem... then you're on your own!
