What a great Experience with PLT Nutrition!
The coaching staff and online support network at PLT Nutrition are fantastic. My coach has helped me to set attainable goals for sustainable weight loss. I am learning how to properly fuel and care for my body without feeling deprived. Nothing is off limits as long as it fits within your plan. The online community is a wealth of knowledge and support. Pose a question or concern to the group and wait for the honest and inspirational replies :) Highly recommend PLT!
