Jan 2025 property sold In the initial period of our house sale the person we dealt with was rarely available when we called or used the info tracker. several times we received information that was incorrect or inaccurate. We complained at the time. The next was the second case handler and while the experience got slightly better, often she was not available for calls, but she usually responded on the tracker. I found much of the information came directly from us rather than you guys being proactive and communicating with our buyers legal reps. most of the time we asked questions you had no answer so we directly got in touch via the buyers people or the buyer direct and got immediate feedback for the questions we asked, which is something you guys failed to do in a timely manner, if we could achieve a response within minutes, why did it take sometimes 24 hours or longer for you to achieve the same? made me wonder just what we were paying you for! completion failed the first time around due to the stand in case worker who knowing all day it had to be signed off at 4:30pm left it until 4;22pm to contact us on a private phone number with no ID, which most scammers and nuisance callers use, so went unanswered by us until he eventually left a voicemail to which we responded but by this time it was too late so another 24 hours later it resolved. It was a very poor service and I complained directly on a telecon and complained about your service via Pygott & Crone, who BTW you could learn an awful lot from concerning customer service and timely response. I have ticked the box below but I doubt you will publish this on your website. That’s why I am now posting here Terrible company absolutely no pride in their customer service service charge a lot for doing very little and communicating less
