Request to Cancel Plan and Resolve Service Issues
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach your customer service team through your online chat bot, email, or phone support. I signed up for the 12-month UK Smart Plan, but I have not been able to use the eSIM at all due to a complete lack of signal wherever I go. Additionally, I had a £10 credit balance which remains unused. Given these ongoing issues, I would like to request the immediate cancellation of my plan. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I have also sent you this same message to trust pilot review email - so please stop wasting my time and resolve the issue.
