WORST FIRM EVER!!!
Used them twice for residential purchase/sale. They were terrible, never replied to emails and were slow at progressing anything. Transactions lasted a very long due to their incompetence. This time they are dealing with a remortgage and were instructed by the lender. They took a long time to send the documents after constant chasing I got them but in wrong names. I am still constantly chasing them to send ones in correct names. Remortgage has been significantly delayed and they ignore all emails. I have chased them non stop now and they are just non responsive.
