trusted Slater and Gordon with my personal injury claim for nearly three years. At no point was I informed that they might refuse to represent me at the court stage. Yet at the final moment, they abruptly withdrew their services without adequate notice, leaving me completely unsupported. This sudden withdrawal, after such a long relationship, caused great emotional and practical hardship. I had also previously raised a complaint about the management of my case, and I am concerned that this complaint may have influenced their decision to withdraw, which would be contrary to the standards required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). According to the SRA Code of Conduct, solicitors must uphold the proper administration of justice, act with integrity, and not allow personal feelings to interfere with client care. My experience raises serious concerns whether these standards were met. I am sharing my experience truthfully to help future clients make informed decisions. Clients deserve better communication, transparency, and protection.
