Still looking for Great Jones to step up…
Still looking for Great Jones to step up to the plate (as an owner)... After transitioning to Great Jones, my first vacancy took a whopping 28 weeks to fill (by far a record vacancy for any of my properties). Communication and coordination has been pretty poor on a number of fronts. I've found recently that whenever I need to reach out, the only number I have is their generic line which lets me "leave a message". I've never had property management where I didn't have one (or more) numbers of direct lines to folks who could take care of business. Now I have to "schedule a call" a few days out.
