This is an amazing insurance company. Sadly our dog died and the service Napo gave was above and beyond. We received an immediate refund on the remaining part of the year and they cancelled the direct debit. And yesterday a beautiful potted rose plant arrived with a sympathy card from Napo. Couldn’t be better. Thank you so much
