BeachGate Condos

The front staff played a game to try to guess who was walking in based on the day’s reservations. The lady across me to my left correctly guessed that I was Brandy Morales. I am not sure what that was all about, but had I been someone of color, that could have been interpreted as quite racist and just generally unprofessional. My advice would be either to quit that little game altogether or maybe just keep it to yourselves. Overall, it was a nice condo but there was a decent amount of mold build up in the ac/water heater closet right next to the dining table. I understand the humidity around the beach must be difficult but someone should attempt to mediate that for future clients. Another item that made me uncomfortable was upon walking into our room, an envelope for money (tipping) was left on our bed from the staff. What exactly am I tipping for? I washed my own dishes. I swept the entire condo every day after ourselves. We made our own beds. I washed our towels, folded them and left them clean for you all. We took out our garbage. I simply cannot be expected to tip for simply renting a condo from your company after paying numerous fees INCLUDING a cleaning fee. My suggestion is for your company to better pay your staff so that your customers are not made to feel compelled to tip if the staff have not been needed. I am happy to discuss further.
