I placed an order for a laptop. When I tried to check, the web site stated that I had not placed an order this year. After about four weeks, the laptop arrived (from Thailand!!!!). I opened it and it was damaged. The box was in good condition, so I believe it was damaged before it was mailed. I asked for an exchange and am told I will have to wait another four weeks. I am sorry I ordered from HP
