POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

contacted them about our bill - they upped the monthly to cover the additional usage. asked them to set up a DD on multiple occasions which we have been told has been done. yet no DD has been taken, this is maybe 4 months on the bounce made a complaint and asked for a response and havent heard anything very poor customer service and would not recommend
