I recently travelled to Lake Como for seven days with Travel Department. It was my first experience traveling with them. It was an unforgetable experience from beginning to end. We were met at the airport by our very professional guide. She was from the beginning of our holiday, to the end, supportive. She went as we would say ' the extra mile'. Lake Como and its surrounds were breath taking. It was more than I expected. Every aspect of the holiday was so perfectly planned, so as to have me feel, I could genuinely sit back and relax. The hotel overall was excellent. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with my room, I was on the third floor in a room without a view. My fellow traveller was in room next to mine without a view. My friend requested change of room, and was informed , that she would have to pay supplement in order to get room. Overall it was a holiday delight, and I'm already considering travelling with Travel Department again
