By and large, it was a good experience; there was some delay at the pick up location as a result of too many carriers arriving at the same time to pick up orders, which was not the fault of Trinity Logistics, The broker from Trinity got in touch with me about 10 mins from my delivery thinking I should have gotten to my destination because she was not aware of the delay at the pick up. Outside that, every other thing went smoothly and I rate Trinity a five star.
