My SIM was posted to the wrong address (it is possible this was my mistake when ordering). Called helpline and spoke with an actual person (I was very surprised I wasn’t just connected to a bot) Hassaan who listed to my concerns, verified my order details, cancelled the posted SIM and was to arrange the issue of a replacement SIM. Very pleased with this contact and am hoping that everything goes smoothly hereafter. Thank you
