I was disappointed with the tech…
I was disappointed with the tech support after I read their website. I had been working with Wisper to increase my speed. It was a several step process, which is understandable. The technician would tell me the office would be changing frequencies, making tweaks and would notify everyone impacted. That did not happen. When I called back to report, the tech support person said I would have to create another ticket (my third) to get the changes. During that call, after some additional discussion, I was told the tweak was made. It made no difference to my performance. Two weeks later, I received a call from a tier-2 rep who wanted to schedule an appointment to get my frequencies changed. Not good internal communication. Bottom line, Wisper cannot delivery the speeds advertised so I will be moving to another provider.
