This company is terrible
This company is terrible. It’s a terrible property management company from an ownership Point of you as I have heard, and first-hand knowledge that it’s terrible when it comes to tenants. Right down to the emails that are sent, the number one o call marked “Cell” is not a cell number. It’s an office number that goes into a recording that basically hangs up on you. Trying to find somebody to talk to this company is impossible. Trying to get bills managed in this company is impossible. Trying to get anything fixed through this company takes months. We sat without air-conditioning for over three weeks with my entire family huddled in one room with a window air conditioner that I had to put in because they couldn’t fix the air-conditioning issues. We had a plumbing issue, that needed to have a snake run down the line. They sent out a young kid not a plumber just a maintenance guy who took the P-trap out and cleaned it. Didn’t know how to run a snake down the line. The problem persisted for over two weeks. Flooding the property twice. Darwin didn’t change anything didn’t fix anything I had to call my own plumber to sneak out the line. They are a pathetic company that don’t care about their properties or their tenants.
