Lack of customer service fails them!
In 20+ years of motorcycling I have used P&H countless times to purchase clothing and occasionally spare parts. In those years, I've watched the company grow and with that growth has come an air of arrogance. The final straw that has now broken the camels back is their lack of customer service and blatant disregard for their customers. Having bought a new VFR800 from a fantastic dealership in Manchester (John Hunts), I needed somewhere local to arrange its first service. I have called P&H six times to arrange; five times my call has gone to voicemail and I have left a message and once a member of the spares dept staff answered the call and (very helpfully and friendly) took my details. Never had one call returned. I even called and politely said if they did want my business, to please call me back before I contacted another dealership. Nothing. So, I called JS Gedge in Pevensey Bay; a totally different experience. Helpful, friendly, efficient, polite.....everything P&H isn't. That is the last time P&H will get any of my hard earned money; their lack of customer service is a major no-no for me. Sorry!
