PCS Legal offer up exceptional service
We engaged PCS Legal last June to aid with the sale of our existing property and the purchase of a new property. Along the way we had a number of hiccups, we lost the house we intended to buy at the exchange date, we also had an issue at the exchange of a second purchase where one of the chain asked to clip the cost on the day of the exchange. Ultimately we exchanged and completed on the same day which i understand is very stressful for our conveyance (Liam Ridyard). Throughout the whole process Liam was a rock, guided us through, offering guidance at the appropriate time. Would highly recommend PCS Legal especially Liam if you were looking to move home.
