Ben and his team made the whole experience very easy. Each part of the process was explained to me in an open and honest manner and nothing was too much of a problem when it came to queries. I previously rejected another band of car from a different dealership and as John Grose Lowestoft is only a matter of minutes away and wanting to go Ford, it was not just about convenience but about returning to Ford for a Puma and we are far from disappointed. Ben was upfront about any issues with the vehicle (only cosmetic and nothing more) which are all taken care of. Sincerely, thank you for everything.
