On buying a seating set for the garden…
On buying an Oxford seating set for the garden over a week ago, we put it together and found that the legs were missing. We reported this to Martin ( manager) and he offered a refund as there wasn’t another set available. As we were prepared to wait he said he would source the items missing. After trying hard to find them , he kept us informed and contacted us every time he said that he would. However as it had been a week of him sending emails to the supplier and still unsure whether we would have any success we decided to keep the set and have a discount on the price. Other staff and Martin and were polite, helpful and he quickly dealt with the cash reduction, apologising for the delay.
