There were many issues with the property I was living in but I have to say that SMART were always extremely considerate and understanding. They always dealt with the problems that arose and never tried to fault me in any of them. I only moved out because I was buying my own property. I would have stayed with SMART otherwise as I felt I was in very kind hands. Thanks again to Nina!
