Valuation way off
Prompt payment but like so many of the previous reviews I was very disappointed with the initial valuation. The phone was in excellent condition and I checked for fine scratches before sending only to be told that the “robots” had found enough damage to describe its condition as poor. Absolute nonsense !!!
