Failure to process promised refund.
This has to be the most useless provider in the UK. I was charged for a bundle renewal and apparently, I cancelled the plan before I could even use it because I wanted to move my number to another provider. The customer rep said she has requested for a refund that will take 7-10 working days for me to receive it. After the 10th working day, I rang again and the agent said it would drop in the next 2-3 days. It's been more than 15 working days and I haven't received my refund yet. I do not want to deal with companies that are not honest in their dealings. Avoid them if you can. Thanks
