DO NOT SHOP AT JOANNS -DISAPPOINTING
I knew its was a busy season so I tried to be patient. Checked their shipping and processing information and patiently waited. Days went by. Days turned into weeks. I emailed joanns customer service. Received an automated response telling me they’d get back in 48 hours. TWO WEEKS go by. No contact. I email again. Nothing again. I ask to be escalated because this is ridiculous. Of course I get one baby response “I’ll check on this and escalate to a manger” No management contact. I wait again. 2 days shy of waiting a full month after placing my order and they CANCEL my order. No sewing machine for me. No contact for resolution. Just a big F U from Joanns. I used to shop at joanns semi regular but I’ll never step foot into another Joanns again. TERRIBLE service. TERRIBLE company. What a waste of time and space. As someone who works in customer service, I’m appalled at the poor practices, probably because Joanns isn’t paying enough nor do they have enough employees. Slave labor but nothing to show for it. I don’t know how anyone in this company sleeps at night. Y’all couldn’t pay me to shop here. One week to Christmas and all I get is disappointment. I hope others read reviews online before purchasing cause I made the mistake of not doing so. Apparently the only way to get a response from Joanns is to go to the better business bureau. What a joke.
