Avoid this insurance company at all…
Avoid this insurance company at all costs!!! Granted was late paying my last install, so had agreed date to go on live chat and pay outstanding amount (this was the last month of my insurance) went on live chat said please debit my card with what i owe to close down my insurance which they did. I get a letter a few months after form a debt collector for £20!! after questioning i found out its late payment charge. I have of course disputed this for months now. The alleged balance of £20 arises from Geoffrey’s failure to process the full amount at that time, which is not my responsibility.
