Scammers,
Scammers, I have been waiting for more than 2 months but test was booked for me. My theory expiry date is coming in close and I lost a lot of time relying on this website. I payed for the cancellation alerts but they were all fake ones and designed to make you feel you missed out and leave you to get their auto booking option. Which I payed extra £50 for. After I paid that I waited 2 months and the support team told me to wait it out because they won’t give me a refund before 2 months. I sent them multiple emails after it has been 2 months but they have no response and I am left with nothing but waste of my time. I will never recommend this website to no one. I would give 0 out of 5 if there was an option. I am considering reporting them the authorities because this is dodgy.
