I was unable to change my password or…
I was unable to change my password or enter the site to apply for a job. A message popped up and said a reset email would be sent but nothing entered my inbox or spam (tried this a few times). I messaged on the chat and the initial support suggested I follow some steps but I wasn't happy clicking on things with so many scams about. I asked if they could call and the reply was after an hour or I could call them. I explained it costs a fortune to call the number. I asked if their colleague could call me. Eventually I called the number and after holding for ages I was cut off. Then someone called me and was very patient and resolved the issue. It seems that I already had a password with Cateria which is linked to Totaljobs and that is why I couldnt go any further. Of course I had not idea about this. I tried my password for Cateria and was able to enter the website successfully!!!
