Q2 HR Solutions (QQI)
More than ten of us were made redundant by this company. We previously worked for Howsy until it was acquired by Dexters, and we were fortunate and grateful that Dexters absorbed us after the acquisition. We have been working for them under Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) in the Philippines. However, at the beginning of June, Dexters decided to discontinue outsourcing work offshore, resulting in our redundancy. The issue is that Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) has not yet provided us with our final pay, which exceeds the time limit allowed by labor laws in the Philippines. Most of us have worked for the company for over four years, dedicating our time and working hard. Based on the information we have gathered, the delay is on Dexters' part, as Q2 HR Solutions is waiting for their approval to honor our tenure. We are simply requesting what we rightfully deserve as mandated by Philippine labor law. Kindly expedite Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) release of our final pay, as it has already exceeded the timeframe permitted by Philippine labor law. Despite our patience, our queries and concerns have been ignored. We believe it is time to resolve this matter promptly.
