Tea blending skill is very amazing, I received my first tea box, packaging was very cool. Good Value.

I love this tea and it almost always arrives super quickly, but I recently had a not great interaction with one of the owners. My order was significantly delayed because it accidentally traveled across the country before reaching me. It took 11 days to arrive by UPS instead of the usual 1-2 days. I was also concerned that the tea in plastic bags sat on a hot truck in the middle fo summer for days, not sure if that is the healthiest. Anyway, I know the delay was due to a UPS mistake and it was not Tea Runners fault, but I thought it would have been nice if they could have sent me out a couple of sample packs to get me through until my order arrived. That would have left me with a really good feeling about the company. Instead they were dismissive of my concerns and said there was nothing they could do. I used to be a huge fan and recommended them to all my friends, but I probably won’t be doing that anymore.

Tea runners are my go-to way of recharging after a long day of meetings and presentations. The aromas I choose assist my thoughts relax and unwind. , it is a stress reliever.

I have found it is a good opportunity to be more adventurous and try the more unique and unusual blends of tea that you dont normally find in your local store or the big supermarket brands. I used to drink the same tea all the time but after visiting a friend who would give me a different tea every time I visited I found that I began to look forward to seeing what she would have in store for me each week. This lead me to being more adventurous with my own tea drinking and she recommended tearunners.com which is where she was getting her fantastic tea from. I have been a customer for a while now and after just receiving my latest order I thought I should take the time to leave a positive review as this is a company who really do deserve one. As others have mentioned, the service really is excellent, with fast delivery and the products arriving to your door totally fresh. The products really are top quality and well worth every penny. An excellent company who have earnt themselves another loyal customer.

I love the variety of teas, the customization options, and the frequency choices. More often than not I enjoy the tea and I like tasting the different kinds. My only complaint is that I wish the teas were not packaged in plastic.

Perfect tea in every way

I have enjoyed all the teas I have tried so far especially the ones from China. They are not as astringent as the Indian teas. I like the fact that the monthly boxes can be customized to suit personal tastes. This prevents the subscriber from receiving teas that are undrinkable (as per individual preference). I have tried 3 different tea clubs and I prefer Tea Runners for quality of the tea. The sample packages in the monthly boxes contain a generous amount of tea.

I love Tea Runners because their teas tastes amazing. I also love the directions for heating the water to the precise temperature. And, I love that each packet tells me how long to steep the teas. Also, the delivery is so fast.

I am so happy with my TEA-shirt and my mug. The shirt is so cute and fits much better than regular tees...It is form fitting and feminine looking. My mug is a nice generous size and looks quite classy! Both items are very well made and would make very nice gifts....But I'm gifting myself right now with these fun items! Shipments were quick and I received lots of personal service on these items....I highly recommend this shop!
