I had some doubts when appointing Paul Meakin simply because I believed we loved outside of their prime sales area. Their marketing worked though and we had viewings wishing 24 hours. We were given honest feedback after all viewings and having our property priced at a realistic value (as opposed to the inflated values we saw from some other agents) meant we received the full asking price. The chain did collapse at one point but Paul Meakin did their very best to push things along. It was their continuous chasing that got us to completion not the solicitors. Really impressed.
