What you pay what you get !! Not recommended !
This is my first month with ASDA Mobile, and I’ve encountered several issues: - The app frequently crashes or becomes unresponsive. It often redirects me to the website browser, where I’m required to re-enter my username & password each time I log in. - I have been unable to access my billing information so far, either through the desktop website or the app. - I have been charged £0.11 more than my agreed contract, and I can’t find any explanation due to the inability to view detailed billing. These issues are very frustrating, especially coming from a reputable company like ASDA. It’s surprising that such a well-established brand has not delivered a reliable, user-friendly app. This reflects poorly on the post-sale service quality and may lead customers to consider alternative providers once their contracts come to an end. Penetrating the market by lowering cost can be an effective strategy, but not at the expense of quality, particularly in terms of service. Both the network and internet performance in Salford/Manchester are average, despite ASDA Mobile reportedly operating on the Vodafone network, which is generally known for strong coverage. However, based on my experience, using an ASDA SIM is not recommended.
