Arbor Cannot Be Trusted
My experience with Arbor was unfortunate. While I saved a small amount of money on my initial electrical supplier contract, the unauthorized sign up AFTER I DID NOT renew completely turned me off to Arbor. I took all the appropriate steps to cancel at my renewal date. Shortly thereafter, I received an email informing me I was signed up for another electrical supplier. I called this company Clearview Energy who informed me Arbor signed me up! In these days of ID theft, I would not recommend using a company that clearly finds it ok to use personal information in an unauthorized way.
