Horrible Service

The company booked me on Sunday for a test on Wednesday. How can someone find a car with such a short notice? And DVLA dont even allow cancelations within such a short notice. That means I'll lose £62. And I did email the company 3 weeks ago asking to be booked with at least 3 weeks in advance so that I could find a car. But that goes without saying. The company should NEVER book a client for a test with such a short notice. That`s ridiculous. _________ UPDATE AFTER COMPANY REPLY: Instead of recognizing the error in the service it provides, the company seeks to blame the customer. The company offers the "autobooking service" as optional, which is a feature I deactivated in my profile, and I have screenshots to prove. Besides, it is obviously very IRRESPONSIBLE for the company to book an assessment within 3 days, leaving no time for the client to find an instructor with such a short notice availability. The company has no accountability to recognize this huge flaw in the service it provides. And the company has not given me the booking service as it promissed in the reply.
