Impolite and rude staff in Mall of Berlin shop
Just visited the store in Mall of Berlin. My son wanted a pair of shoes, but wasn’t allowed to try both the left and right shoe. This is a problem when you are between sizes because one foot is a bigger than the other. We were met by very impolite and rude staff that only blamed the management and said they had the same discussions several times a day and was tired of it. What the hell. We even asked if we could hand them over the right shoe while we tried the left. But no - you can only try one shoe. Worst service ever. Went to Footlocker and here the service was much better and we could try both shoes. Next time please give the customer a proper explanation instead of just blaming the management!
