We bought a car just over a week ago
We bought a car just over a week ago. We had a 5 minute drive. It was ok but agreed that the car would need a deep clean, 4 new tyres, brake pads and discs. Well brakes and pads done. Tyres looked different, but they weren’t new, looked second hand. Even though the car hand been quickly rinsed with water, and then hoovered at our request, when we got home, it was filthy, we have been quoted between £85.00 and £100.00 to get it valeted. Next issue was we were told that service was due in September, but they would do the service and add to the log book, nothing done. As we were driving home and the windscreen was dirty, we tried to use the washers, no washer fluid. We have a one month warranty, but now find out that we could have paid extra to extend this, which we would have done, if given the option. In the past eight days we have emailed them three times, no response whatsoever apart from an automated message stating they will make contact in 48 hours. We have decided to return the car.
