Relaxing
We went on the Polaris and cruised The Rhine and Main. The Polaris was absolutely amazing and very clean. All the staff where very friendly and always helpful. The cabin was very spacious and had all that you needed. The food was lovely but sometimes a bit bland. Sadly our ship started to shake during the night which caused us not to sleep much. We found out that the propeller had been damaged and that the ship needed to go into a dry dock for repair. This was to be done on our last day so we had to have luggage outside the door by 6.30am and leave the ship by 8am. Then we had to be transferred by coach to a hotels conference room to wait for another coach to take us to the airport. I cannot fault the staff as they organised everything to ensure everyone was looked after. The holiday itself was amazing and very relaxing and we met some lovely people it's just a shame it ended how it did.
