Cheap electric is key
Joined Tomato energy on the 9th February as a big user it is saving me a fortune, it hasn’t been easy after same reading on import and export meter but now sorted, double billing just waiting on refund hopefully this week. Not really happy with export moving from 3 months to 6 months where I think export should be billed every month like import as I am exporting 40kw a day. With talking and emailing customer service on a weekly basis I am finally getting somewhere and believe it is getting better but just need patience The customer service team are always polite and answer the phone This is an honest review and staying with Tomato, As a business owner myself it is always difficult in the start. Colin from the backup team rang me yesterday to see how things were going and explained all the problems I have been having so that is good to understand what they need to sort out
