Downright rude and incompetent experience
I called up to enquire about a motorcycle and was greated with a rude incompetent lady that didn't know how to speak to a potential customer with any respect. When I highlighted this the phone went straight down and I couldn't get through to anyone after that. P&H must have scraped the barrel in hiring this one. How about some staff training in how to speak to a customer willing to spend thousands on a brand new motorcycle in these tough times. Her attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience and must have interrupted her Tik Tok session! P & H read this and take some action or I'm sure your be the next main dealer to run out of customers if they are all treated like this. p.s.When speaking to a customer on the phone about whether they have any point's on their license, how about asking just that and not "how many point's you got" I Tried a couple of more times to get through trying different options but she must have been customer service, god help you P & H!
